TCL North America stands behind the quality of our electronics and offers a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our official store. All returned items must be in original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your device in its original box with all cables, remotes, and manuals included to ensure your return is processed without delays.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your device for functionality and condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
